  • We are located at The Crossroads, which is the intersection of M-553 and CO-480 just 6 miles south of downtown Marquette.
  • We are in the U-Haul building.
  • .05 points per dollar spent translates into points that can be used like cash towards future purchases.
  • The loyalty program is automatic.
  • Points can be used in any increment or saved.
  • 10% to first-time medical patients
  • 10% to military personnel
  • 10% to senior citizens
  • 5% to medical patients who shop the rec menu
  • Up to 2 discount categories can be combined, e.g. 20% to senior citizen and military
  • Our discounts are in place at all times; there is no special day.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once the product is cashed out and has left the facility, we are unable to accept it back.
  • If a product is defective or not working, please contact us directly at the shop. We can exchange defective products within 7 days of purchase and less than 50% used.
  • Vape Cart Return Policy:
  • We will take back defective carts for replacement within 7 days of purchase.
  • We cannot take back carts that were purchased in excess of 7 days or that are more than 50% used.
  • We cannot take back or exchange carts because of improper usage, buyers’ remorse or not liking the flavor/aroma.

Yes! All products are available to order online. Please CLICK HERE to place your order for in-store or curbside pickup. Delivery is also available for select locations.

Yes! We accept IDs from any state with valid proof of 21+ for recreational purchases and a valid medical card for medical purchases.

We know things are looking a little different these days, and we’re taking extra precautions to protect our teams and customers, including increased cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces. We are strictly following all Covid-19 safety protocols, and masks are required for all in-store shopping. We also ask that our customers please practice social distancing at all of our High Profile locations, and thank you for your patience as we limit the number of guests allowed inside the lobby and showroom.We encourage customers to use our online menus to place orders for in-store or curbside-pickup and delivery. You can do so by clicking HERE .We appreciate your effort in helping to keep our communities safe!

We have a seven-day return policy on any defective or expired product purchased from High Profile. The purchase must have been made on your account, and all returns are subject to the discretion of High Profile management.

Due to federal restrictions, we are only accepting cash payments. Debit cards are accepted solely at Michigan locations. We are hoping to expand this offering to our other retail locations soon. ATMs are available for your convenience at all High Profile shops.

Yes! Many of our locations offer curbside pickup. You can select the curbside pickup option at checkout.

You will receive a text message to the phone number provided when your order is ready for pickup.

All orders must be picked up the same day they are placed. If the order is placed after business hours, the order can be picked up until closing the following day. If the order is still not picked up, it will be automatically canceled.

The qualifying age for eligibility to receive our senior discount is 60+ years of age.

You can qualify for the veteran discount by showing any one of the following items:

  • Military ID
  • Endorsement ‘veteran’ stamp on your driver’s license or state ID
  • Other documentation proving veteran status accepted at the discretion of High Profile staff.
